PaperCut MF is a print and copies output management software. This system manages and charges for printing on the College network. Black and White cost 10 cents per page, while color print cost 20 cents per page.

  • Papercut works on Windows devices (including tablets ) without additional software.
  • Papercut needs to be installed on ios
  • (ipads and iPhones) and Android devices  – see instructions below.

*Note Web printing is easy – simply upload and go!  No software downloads required.

Web printing is best for small files in common file types (.pdf, .doc for example). For large documents, printing from applications, uncommon files types –  you MUST install the printer driver.

How to install PaperCut Client on Windows 10
You can either scan your ID card through the card swipe on the printer or enter your school credentials on the printer screen after pressing the “Username and Password” soft button. Once you do that, you will need to select which job(s) to release and print from the printer screen. You will not be charged until the job is released at the printer. *Please note: You can only release a color job at a color printer and a black and white job at a black and white printer.
