Mac Printer Setup


On your computer please select the apple in the top left hand corner of your screen, from the menu please click on ‘System Preferences’

In System Preferences please select ‘Printers & Scanners’

Please remove all previously installed school printers by highlighting them and clicking the minus button. Click the + button to add the new printers as shown in the next step.

To add printers, please click on the ‘Name’ field to organise the printers in alphabetical order. Please add the ‘All B&W Printing’ & ‘All Colour Printing’ as seen below. These two Cloud printers will allow you to print to almost every printer in the school. Instructions below on how to print.
